My senior capstone project analyzed phone use amongst university college students. As a millennial myself, I noticed the increasingly prominent role that technology plays in my life. 

While phones can be an excellent tool to help us be productive, up-to-date on the world, and connect to others, millennials tend to use phones as an object that can "fill the void." That void may be boredom, loneliness, or even anxieties and stressors. This project aims to display how large of a role phones play in our lives and promote a mindful approach to our personal use of them.
